What is Shisha Coal Natural Coal?

Shisha Coal Natural coal originally comes from Indonesia and is made from the shells of coconuts. These shells, a byproduct of the coconut industry, are carbonized and formed into solid cubes. Shisha Coal Natural coal is used to heat the tobacco and aromas of your shisha and to vaporize the essences effectively.

Natural charcoal is the ideal fuel for shisha tobacco . Compared to self-igniting charcoal, which was particularly popular when using aluminum foil, natural charcoal made from coconut shells, especially with modern heads such as a chimney attachment or HMD (Heat Management Device), offers indispensable advantages:

  • Burns hotter , which increases the calorie content
  • Burns longer and has a longer burning time
  • Does not produce an unpleasant smell when lit
  • Is free of chemicals
  • Develops small amounts of ash
  • Has no taste of its own that tastes like burnt or coal
  • Consists of renewable raw materials and is therefore sustainable
  • Does not break easily and does not crumble , unlike inferior coal

Application and range

To light your shisha coal , we recommend a coal lighter , which you can find in both electric and gas-powered versions - ideal for use at home or outdoors.

Our shisha coal is available in various sizes, from 25x25x25 mm to 28x28x28 mm. We also offer self-igniting coal in cube form, a combination of natural coal and self-igniting coal, ideal for outdoor sessions where no electricity is available. These coals burn much longer than conventional self-igniters and produce less ash.

Hints, tips and tricks

  • It is best to use an electric charcoal lighter or, if you are on the move, a camping burner. A simple lighter is not suitable for lighting natural charcoal .
  • Do not turn the coal on the lighter too quickly to avoid breaking it in the middle. Gentle heating is beneficial to maintain the integrity of the coal.
  • Do not heat the charcoal in an enclosed space. It is best to keep the window open to keep the concentration of carbon monoxide low and prevent headaches.

With this information and products, you are well equipped to get the most out of your shisha experience. Enjoy the pure, unadulterated taste and optimal smoke development that only natural shisha coal can offer!
