Order

Place an order:

Once you have decided on a product, you can add the desired item to your shopping cart. To do this, simply click on the “Add to cart” button. Items in your shopping cart will only be reserved for you once your order has been completed.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number. You can always find out about the status of your order in your user account under “My Orders”. We will also inform you by email as soon as your shipment leaves our premises. In this email you will also receive your tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery of your package via the parcel service's homepage.

In the shopping cart you will find an overview of the products you have selected so far. Here you can quickly and easily check or change your number information. We will also inform you about the total amount of the selected items and the expected delivery date. Click “Checkout” to complete your order.

cancel order

Did you order the wrong item or change your mind at short notice? No problem, just contact us and we will find a solution together. To cancel an order send us an email to: support@dschinni-shisha.com

Please note:

A cancellation can not can be reversed; a new order is possible at any time.

Orders for which a voucher has been redeemed can only be canceled completely.
